WashCOG Newsletter: Legislation, Right2Know, new voices

FEB. 5, 2024 — The first newsletter of the year offers a variety of updates on WashCOG’s activities, including our increased presence in Olympia during the legislative session and our plans for promoting access in 2024.

We have new resources thanks to a generous contribution, a new board member and are represented by a lobbyist in Olympia. Also, check out our updates on the growing number of exemptions to the state Public Records Act, and this year’s battle against abuse of “legislative privilege.”
